No way man! I paid more than half that just for my Court Forces! You definitely got a steal. So they sell those kinds of kicks in the Factory Outlets here?

They did, but it was totally random...There was only one pair of the Atmos (couldn't believe my eyes--not B grades either) and the other AM 1's had quite a few pairs

Quick update...
I just realized that the store I was looking for was in fact a "Nike Culture" store. ForceOne mentioned it in an earlier post, but I didn't know that's what they were called, so I disregarded it.

They're pretty neat and have lots of cool clothes. The shoes aren't all that great right now, but I'm guessing it's 'cuz it's almost winter season.

For those interested, the one I went to was in Jinju, near Sacheon airport. If you know where any other Nike Culture stores are, post up the locations here!

I was there once and he talked about Space Jam edition Jordans, or the 93 reissues, etc... I was so confused.

He has this white pair that he only wore once. Said he'll only wear them again during a REALLY special occasion.

They looked like any other pair of sneakers, but he said they are very rare and could fetch a lot of money if he sold them."

Yes I think we've found your level my friend.

So there's actually people out there paying hundreds of dollars for shoes that we're made in sweatshops by kids under twelve for a bowl of rice and a hard floor to sleep on?!!

Do any of you have that new pair they've just brought out, Nike Ars*hole.

Naw, but I did get a hoodie and a rugby-style shirt.

And in reference to the other posts, Nike doesn't only make running shoes. Prices also go much higher than $200, especially here in Korea.

I had to revive this thread. I was going to create a new one but decided to search and behold here is exactly what I am looking for. I noticed the last reply was back in 2008... whoa? I am still wondering where to buy Jordan's specifically. The last pair of Jordan's I purchased were the Fire Red V's back in the states. During that time I had lots of connections so getting shoes wasn't a problem. Money then became an issue which is why I moved to Korea blah blah blah. Needless to say, I no longer have those connections. I attempted to attain the Military IV's on Saturday at the Niketown in Itaewon and to my surprise, the manager told me those along with the Obsidian XII's had already been released in April (WTF!!!!!!!!!!) he proceeds to tell me that they never release Jordan's at the same time as back in the states (or according to general release date info found on niketalk.com) Long story short, I am trying to figure out where and when I can purchase the shoes I want? Especially now that I have the money to attain them again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah most of the time the release dates are different here unless Nike HQ specifically labels it a global release, like last Saturday's Yeezy 2s. If you're looking specifically for basketball shoes i'd follow Hoopcity on Twitter.

IN KOREA?!?! Ive lived here for 12 years, I speak Korean, and Ive almost never seen anything remotely sneaker culture here, very few people even know about that stuff. In Japan, where I buy my stuff, sure, but here. I saw MC MONG had a ton of a bunch of sneakers, and a few guys with some stuff, but nothing very interesting.

I say theres too kinds f clothes in K, pretty and not pretty. Thats what most ppl will call it. Oh I guess theres luxury brands....Smile

Where, show me! Smile

Wow, who upped this old relic?

Big on sneakers here.

Yeezy 2 line was absurd, just like the Galaxy release.

I usually stick to SB Dunks, but have some Foams and will get the occasional Jordan if it's XII or lower.

WOVENS dropped today, there was a semi-decent crowd for them.

Check 이태원 H.O.H for the Olympics. They get most everything related to Jordans.
