At a greenhouse.

Duh.

Wink

As to WHERE a greenhouse is, couldn't rightly say. If you go to Naver and search for 농원, you should find a place. I just went to one in Bucheon today and got some pepper plants, lettuce, and other miscellany.

Good luck.

I've seem them at a lot of smaller flower shops, too. If you can find one of those streets with a bunch of little flower shops, you will probably be able to get them at one place or another.

You need to get out of the city center and head towards the countryside, towards where people have their weekends farms. Along the way you'll see roadside shops (usually many in a row) that sell all sorts of potted seedlings ready to plant.
