Absolutely disgusting! It's stuff like this that's breaking down good relations on a diplomatic level between the east and west! The people behind this program should be round up and shot. I will be writing to my local Korean newspaper and complaining about this at once! |

I have to agree that it's pretty funny. I'd like to meet the people who made it to shake their hands. |

I enjoyed most of it but the constant references to *beep* size didn't contribute anything in my opinion. Not all Korean men agreed with the sentiments of the MBC video so why make fun of them? The video should have focused on making fun of MBC, the team who put together the video, and the methods they used to collect information. |

I disagree. I think they did a good job and it was funny. It has lots of likes on utube too - way more than dislikes. Also, it sounds like you're insinuating that all Korean men are insecure about length when maybe it's just the kind of Korean men that make "documentaries" on MBz. You're the only person using 'them' in the context I think you're using it. The video focused only on the TV stations commentary. |

If that's what you took from my comment then you have got me very wrong. I'm interested as to whether other posters would agree with your assessment of my post.
Also, I used 'them' to mean Korean men. There was no hidden meaning or specific use I was aiming for. Sounds to me like your mind is warping things. |

That's all I was implying - that you were referring to 'them' as Korean men. The video didn't explicitly do that. It cleverly just danced around it with innuendo focusing more on the "reporters". The only comments I read of Korean people so far on the video are from half-Koreans that are a bit taken aback by the use of the word mongrel, and one didn't mind - he has a sense of humor. |

We are all entitled to our opinions and I have stated mine. I think the *beep* part of the video juvenilized what is a very good video. Overall I liked the video but I don't think the *beep* jokes were necessary.
YMMV. |

The last part where the woman got serious and put MBC in its place was the icing on the cake. |

I respect your opinion. They needed filler of some kind to substitute for the dramatized hyperbole the "broadcaster" was using. They could have been just as arbitrary and used something else but I think they were trying to highlight the insecurity and it is true that many Korean men are insecure about that. If they went with blond hair or blue eyes, language, or culture, it would have come across even worse. Those things would have implied race, or cultural superiority to some.
They went with "drinking milk might give you a bigger *beep*". |

I agree. One joke about it would've been enough.
Honestly though, I think the original was enough of a parody. |
