Anyone know if or where I can buy flatbread in Seoul? I'd love to make homemade pizza without the hassle of making the base myself!

I believe Emart or Homeplus carries a product... as well as HighStreet Market in Itaewon.

I forget the name, but it starts with a P and usually comes frozen. It looks a little Indian or Middle Eastern in style, but tastes great.

The P product is paratha. You can get in frozen at Emart. It is great. You usually fry it for about 2 minutes on each side. Very tasty. I've never tried it as a pizza base though.

I make a really simple pizza base: flour (about 130g) and salt; yeast, a little sugar and water (about 2/3 cup) mixed together. Mix the flour and yeast/water mixture together. Make it thin and you don't have to let it rise. It takes about 12 minutes to cook in my oven and my friends all love it. I recently tried blind baking it first to make it crispier which worked really well. The only annoying bit is cleaning the bowl after.
