I am going to troll the hell out of this.
Yes, it MUST be registered. Yes, it MUST be insured. I see in the photos you have no plates on it, so I'm going to assume you have no papers.
In fact, the law states (and has stated for some time) that any vehicle above 45 cc's must be registered and insured. Anything below that size cannot be legally driven on the road.
So, if you have the papers and they are in your name and you can legally sell it, bully for you! If not... |
