I've searched through and read the threads on buying cheap protein, creatine etc from internet sources. Much appreciated and useful stuff.

I can't find any recent(ish) info on a real bodybuilding store in Seoul. I followed the tip for the Namdaemun store only to find it was long gone

Anyone got any recent gen on a bodybuilding store in Seoul?

You have to check the underground markets in Namdaemun. Here is the number to one place that I get ON from. They have other stuff as well.

I've eyeballed iherb as I fancy trying Jack3d and I'm pretty sure you won't find that here.

Even though internet shopping has so many advantages, I don't mind spending a few extra bucks to browse in a store and support the local BB community.

You might want to avoid the Jack3d, the last time I went in to get a bottle, the clerk told me about some new health warnings about it. He said it has been causing some heart problems in people, and that GNC was going to pull it. I would suggest researching it before taking it, and stay safe.

yeah, the amount of caffeine in jack3d is not going to be good for you, especially if you use it every day.

iherb also has jack3d competitors if you can't find it in seoul.
