Open and ebank acct with BOA. No monthly fees or monthly limits. Get their routing numbers to send transfers from overseas. I would actually recommend against BOA if you can find a similar deal with another bank. I havent been to the US in a decade, so I cant change banks. I only keep it for my visa debit card to use in emergencies.

Just give me the money and I'll deposit it in my U.S. bank account in the Army post and will transfer it right to yours, no problems. You can even come with me when I deposit the money.
