Just curious, my academy said they're going to book my ticket home and I gave them a list of flights, but today they needed my ARC number. Is this common? My last academy had me book everything and they reimbursed me.

Give them your ARC number (or a photocopy of your ARC). It is not an issue.
Do NOT give them your ARC. You need it to get your boarding pass and to get through passport control (hand it in if you are leaving and not returning).

| Today I gave them my passport number too(they said to finalize). Is there any reason why they need my passport and ARC number to book a flight? Is it because I'm finishing out the semester(14 days longer than my arrival date)? |

Airlines etc almost always ask for passport numbers when you're booking an international flight.

Passport information to book your ticket and
As your sponsor your ARC information to close your files at the tax, POE and other relevant government offices (NPS, NHIC, etc).
