Hello everyone,

I live very close to Shindorim station in Seoul, and I am preparing to move to Shanghai. Meanwhile, I need to sell my furniture, dishes, etc. Ideally, I would like to have everything moved out of my apartment and sold by July 23rd. The sale will officially begin on July 16th and continue until as late as July 23rd or possibly later (now until August 1st). I will post more details soon.

PS:
Of course, my villa lease is coming to end. However, if someone by chance, wants to take over my lease and buy everything at the apartment (minus my clothes and other personal items), that would save me the headache of having to sell everything item by item.

And of course, if you know anyone who would like to buy something such as a couch, futon, dishes, etc., then feel free to invite them to this event or contact me.

Why don't you post some specific information on what you're selling, a description of your villa and how much, etc...

I live very close to Shindorim station in Seoul, and I am preparing to move to Shanghai. Meanwhile, I need to sell my furniture, dishes, etc. Due to unusual circumstances, I just extended my stay a few days beyond the last day of my lease and now I absolutely must be finished moving out of my apartment by this coming Wednesday (August 1st). Anything that I cannot sell or take with me, I will turn into firewood for camping or otherwise destroy. So, after I move out, there will be no special deals through the landlord!

Large Couch: 50,000 Won
Futon Couch: 50,000 Won
Bed: 50,000 Won
Refrigerator: 50,000 Won
Washing Machine: 50,000 Won
Dresser: 50,000 Won
Television: 30,000 Won
Table and Chairs: 30,000 Won
Vacuum Cleaner: 30,000 Won
Brand New Fan: 20,000 Won
Microwave: 20,000 Won
Some dishes including pots & pans (excluding what belongs to my roommate): 20,000 Won
Toaster: 10,000 Won

My roommate is also selling a nice dresser with an attached mirror and a regular sized clothes hanger. You can negotiate with him on the prices.

PS:
And of course, if by chance, someone wants to sign a lease on the villa, excluding what belongs to my roommate (he is also moving out) you can have all of the things mentioned above for 350,000 Won. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen area, a small balcony storage area in the back, a front balcony, and a bathroom. Now, without getting some measuring tape, I am a little unsure of the total area. However, the housing contract mentions 2 different areas of 97.9 square meters and 158.44 square meters. The key money is 10 million Won and the rent is 600,000 Won. Of course, you can pay less rent by paying more key money or whatever.

If you sign onto the lease, does the roommate come with it?

That is entirely up to you. Of course, if you want a roommate, my roommate would be more than happy not to have to move out. However, the landlord just started showing people our place. So, if you are indeed interested in signing a lease, keep that in mind.

I will send you a PM.

I forgot to mention that I have a large tent which is large enough for 4 or 5 people to sleep in. It was made by Coleman. I am selling it for 50,000 Won.

Due to my inability to properly sleep without a fan during the summer, I now have a brand new fan. I actually bought it for 45,000 Won, but I will sell it for 20,000 Won.
