t doesn't matter, it's a moral thing. Some people would rather have a pic to show their friends rather than call police or doing anything they could to help. |
Maybe so, but the Westerners who did nothing but watch the Chinese folks take pictures then proceed to complain about said picture taking don't really seem any better. |

This could have been China or China lake, California. People have always gawked, but now they have cameras and put it up on You Tube.
