Hi,
For the fingerprints, could I go to any livescan center, have them take digital fingerprints, print them out on the fingerprint card, and still be acceptable to the FBI CBC?
Or do the fingerprints needs to be ink rolled? Because no place in my area (including police stations) even use ink anymore. I heard you cannot use livescan for fingerprinting because the CBC cannot be apostilled this way. Unless of course one can use the digital fingerprints that livescan takes and then print them out on the card.. |

I wonder if the Korean authorities would question the validity of printed finger prints.
