My wife and I are moving to the Bundang area which means we are having to leave our place in HBC.
This is a big 3 bedroom right opposite the IBK bank. There is no hill and is very well located for public transportation with 3 bus stops very close. There is a bathroom with a bathtub. We've had no problems with plumbing. Small front balcony too. Large kitchen/dining room.

We are helping the landlady find a new tenant as we are moving out.
The price is 20m key and 900,000 a month or 10m key and 1m a month.
We can leave whenever you want to move in.

The house has been updated.
10m/1m per month.
Aircon has just been put in and we're also offering semi furnished and furnished options.
