yeah- so you've got five days off. But you live in the boondocks , and if you go anywhere you've gotta leave Katydid and others with all the goodies. . . .

but, I'm not bitter. . Wink

Ahh, Thailand. After three weeks working on my tan, I start working at ******* University on Monday, just in time to enjoy those two public holidays next week. Of course, I have to go for a paid visa run to Penang, Malaysia for the first two days...I suppose I'll cope as best I can.

I finished my job in Australia on Friday and will be in Korea on Wednesday. I feel ripped off because Monday is a public holiday in Australia but it doesnt count now for me because Im not working. I arrive Wednesday evening in Korea so I even miss the Korean public holiday!!

Ok, I guess that I do get 4 days off and one day of travel but I still think it sucks. Whats the point of a public holiday if you cant sit at home thinking right now I should be working but I dont have to go.
