There is a Harvard educated lawyer that now teaches law at a university in Daegu. Cool person. He might be able to help. He used to be a prosecutor or something before he came here. Sorry I don't have more info, but I do know he is on some advertisements that the university put up in the subways in Daegu.

I think you mean Benjamin Wagner. He worked Kyunghee University (maybe still there??).
