oh sure, 2.1 is fine if you're working 8 hours a day and are a new teacher. I have no issues with that.

But I had maybe half a dozen offers that were 9/10 hour days at kindy, including eating lunch with the kids, for 2.1. Terrible jobs.

Even with an hour or two off in the afternoon, my day would be pretty much used up working those hours.
