Did you guys exchange you dollars to won in your home country,USA for me, or wait till you got Korea?

Bring dollars to Korea. Exchange here.
Exchange a couple of hundred dollars at the exchange booth at ICN airport (before you go through the glass doors into the public area) so that you have some local money for things like buses, taxis, restaurants, etc.
Exchange the rest at any bank at your convenience.
Do NOT exchange won outside of Korea. You will get screwed on the rates (by as much as 25%).
