Found a box in the Foreign Food Market, but seemed overpriced for my student budget.

They have it (a different brand anyway) at costco. Never saw it anywhere else, personally.
Never saw low-cal sweetener or any creamer at all at any coffee shop (but that's another issue, sorry)

As a brand it is hard to find and over-priced.

There are low-cal sweeteners available here in most large supermarkets (e-mart, home-plus).

I would bring a month's supply with you until you figure out where to get a suitable replacement locally.

Is it even necessary to buy anything that sweetens? 4 years ago I bought a kilo of sugar and I'd say I've got about 900g left (the rest being used exclusively for pancakes). I found that for cooking, it often helps to add certain fruit that releases its sugars into the meal, though I wouldn't recommend that for coffee.
