A teacher in my school has a few businesses on the side, owns a few Mister Donut's.
Took his family to the W hotel on Friday night for dinner.
Cool 300,000+ per person.
I'm happy with my 4000W bibimbap! |

Well I have some payments left on my new Ferrari, so I'm picking up some extra shifts at my hagwon to pay them off. |

Pierre Gagnaire's 300,000won + taxes chef's menu is the most expensive dinner I've had in Seoul. I was told that it used to have more courses and be more expensive but that few ordered it due to the cost. And then there's the wine.
I would think if you ate enough sushi and drank enough sake you could run up a heck of a bill at one of the better Japanese places. |

Pierre Gagnaire at The Lotte Hotel is probably in the running. Their "Exclusif" menu is 300,000 Won per person + 10% Service Charge + 10% VAT. If you add wine, the sky's the limit.
If you have an large appetite, I'm sure you could rack up a comparable tab at a high end steakhouse in Seoul (especially if they serve genuine Japanese Wagyu beef), many of which charge per 50 grams of meat.
EDIT: atwood beat me with his posting! |

One of the restaurants in Itaewon (I've a feeling it's the All-American Diner) advertises a burger on its menu that costs several million won and needs to be ordered in advance...don't know if they've ever sold any. |

Wasn't a typo...I dont know whether they'd really make it. It was one of those gourmet burgers...wagyu beef and truffles instead of mushrooms etc. etc. |

Not sure who this guy is but I worked at a school and a couple Korean men were teaching test prep class and during the summer and winter they made a percentage of what each student paid. They were pulling in 10 million a month and weren't killing themselves hourwise so ah yeah why not teach a bit if you are selling your books, getting respect from adult students and picking up hotties....

You wouldn't pay that at the Clarence Hotel in London unless you went crazy on wine. |
