This Sunday at The Brew Shop there will be a probiotics workshop held by Frantisek Apfelbeck, the traveling fermentation expert! You will learn how to make several fermented treats (kefir, kefir cheese, probiotic sodas, and more!). Also, Frantisek will be GIVING AWAY STARTERS!!!
