IF it is on a different passport (as in "from a different country") then no issue.

You cannot get a 2nd H1 otherwise.

.

Yes it will be on a different passport.
However, my name, place of birth and date of birth will be the same, not to mention my fingerprints/face.
I am quiet certain that any cross reference with their database will show that I am one and the same person.

Do you know of people who have done this?

Have you tried contacting the Korean Embassy?

One of my colleagues asked a immigration office in Seoul.
The immediate answer was that this would not be legal.
But I don't quiet trust this quick response, since dual nationalities + 2 working holiday visas probably aren't the most common thing to deal with.
Saying 'this isn't allowed' seems a lot safer then 'I don't know' or 'Yes, it's ok' for any official worker.
Anyways I might as well go and call a few embassies, just for the sake of it. So thank you for the idea Wink
