| the schools/agents all want FBI CBC checks. can i just make copies of the one or do they all need US$18 originals? |

Low resolution scan.
Everyone gets a copy of the scan when you apply.
Only the one you sign a contract with gets the originals when you need to begin the visa application process.
Do NOT send the originals or legalized copies until you have a firm contract offer.
No-one will accept a self made "copy".
