Hey Guys,

I'm from the UK & I'm wondering if my TT99 (a driving ban from a totting up procedure) will stop me obtaining an E2 visa???

The ban wasn't for a DUI just a totting up of driving points (e.g. speeding) which then ended up me going to court and facing a 6 month driving ban.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can someone advise me on if I will be rejected from Korean Immigration???!!!

Thank You,

Dora Smile

If it appears on your Criminal Check then yeah, but I don't think it'll appear there. My ban (in the UK) didn't.

As long as it was only DUI and no other offence - resisting, dangerous driving etc - you should be fine.

I hate calling people out but where did you make up that info from? I had a felony on my record way worse than your "resisting, dangerous driving."

I had it expunged, in Michigan you are eligible to have a single felony after 7 years with no other violations. The only thing that shows up on my record is "conviction set aside; dismissed." I dont know about other states but thats the rule in Michigan.

It amazes me how people just make up facts or take a good guess on what they think would happen. Well this IS what happened to me and it is a fact.

I also realize people on here may start calling me a loser and a criminal because of one single mistake (well 2 mistakes) that happened 10 years ago. Have at it.
