suji is next to Suwon which have soccer teams and cricket teams, foreign leagues etc..
suji is also next to bundang which is one of the most luxury cities in Korea and has a huge foreign population who drink regularly in Soh hyun St, or geckos in Bojong st. Suji also has a lot of foreigners, most of the schools are across from the mc donalds. suji use to have a popular drinking scene but they have all seemed to move to bundang now.as so hyun has more foreigner bars.
suji air quality is good as you have mountains around. depends on your house I guess too.
clean? depends what you are comparing it to? but yes cleaner than seoul, not cleaner than bundang, but cleaner than Suwon.

suwon has a population of 1 million people, so it's a huge city with a lot on offer, bundang has a population of probably 400.000 people , very modern, clean with two huge parks in the center and a wonder stream which runs through the city.
suji , I think will be fine for living, but weekends you might want to get out of there, explore suwon , anyang(also huge foreign scene) and Bundang

you will be fine in suji. I lived there for 5 years.
