In March I had a medical done for my work visa and they made reference to my liver and coming back again for more tests.

I'm 30, not a heavy drinker and in excellent health so I was a bit freaked out. My boss came back from immigration with my work visa transfered over and renewed for a year a few days later so I figure that all is well, as far as immigration goes at least (I do plan a follow up for my own health....when I am not so busy!!!).

I'm changing jobs next month and my new employer asked me to get a new medical done which I did today.

Do I actually need to provide immigration with a new medical check to trasnfer a visa????

Does immigration actually care about liver testing or was that just something that the hospital mentioned to me as a general health tip???

As an aside, it may not matter either way since the hospital was instructed today that my blood and urine sample is only to be used for the HIV and drug ("TPBE") tests.

Thanks!!!
