I have the older model, and got the red ring of death. Apparently it's a common issue, and easily fixed with some thermal paste, but I have no idea how to do it, and would rather just pay someone. My husband said he'd do it, but he's fairly busy and I'd like to surprise him with it being repaired already.
If anyone would be willing to fix it, I'd pay you. Also, if anyone knows of a place to take it to have it fixed, that would help also. I suppose I could try Yongsan, but I hate that place.
