Yes a bit, GEPIK's cutting back so lots of teachers already in country are taking jobs.

Enrollment at hagwons fluctuate throughout the year. Their strongest months are March, April, September, October. That's when they feel the greatest pressure to hire new staff. However, these days hagwons are on a slow, steady downward trend. There's just less children than there used to be.
