Location doesn't seem that bad, just up north a bit if it is in Goyang. There are different campuses, so I guess it depends which one they are interested in. |

whoops, my face is red. I should have caught that. Well how long is the contract? Maybe the school gives a 11 month one and can avoid the severance by being short on the year requirement. |

No egg required...you are correct.
Universities that enroll teachers into their private pension plan don't legally have to pay severance...often written right into the contract.
Some interesting laws regarding this subject. |
