Has anyone heard of/ used Korea Job Center as a recruiter? Please don't feel the need to post google ;D. I'm only posting here as a last resort. I couldn't find anything here.

Korea Job Centre is a web site that helps people find jobs, usually for Koreans. I've never been contacted by them before but there's no reason why they can't muscle into the recruiting game. IMO it's better to get a recruiter that'll concentrate their efforts on you, i.e. small mom-and-dad operations rather than a big company.
