Hey everyone-
I've been working on a feature-length documentary movie about the American Dream since Feb. 2012 that's about 98% shot at this point. One of the main themes at the onset of shooting was that the American Dream, or something equivalent, was possible anywhere in the world. I spent this past summer traveling across America interviewing nearly hundreds of people, from university professors to random people I came across. Prior to that I spent 5 months before the summer shooting and interviewing in Korea.
I'm in search of a few expat volunteers who might like to participate. My goal: to have people explain to me the similarities and differences between the U.S. and Korea that you notice. There would also be a few general questions thrown in there about the American Dream.
Participation would take 10-15 minutes in total. You need not be American to participate, but American citizenship a plus. Time and place to meet: possibly one Sat. in late Sept. or early Oct., and most likely in the afternoon in Gangnam. Depends on participant availability.
This is a movie I'll be submitting to film festivals around the world once completed.
If you're interested please send me a short email explaining why here:

Thank you.

Yawn...but KKKorea is almost as delusional as AmeriKKKa.
"Hi, I'm an American and I teach in a country that puts so much stress on kids about their grades that some of them eventually kill themselves." |
