Can't get torrents working on C&M?

I have a ZIO 3000N router, I forwarded my ports properly and transmission has a green light saying my ports are good..

However I get a timeout on every tracker. Things just aren't downloading.

Anyone have any tips?

(Also there is no firewall on my router or computer)
