I enjoy bashing korea. I wish koreans could read whats being said about them on this site maybe then they wouldn't think we all love them. I also think it would be great if many southeast asian countries such as thailand could join in on the bashing. I loved visiting thailand they hate koreans as much as I do. God Bless them.

Another example of some trashy esl teacher. Vey mature compared to the Koreans indeed.

Go home.

This is classic!

You aren't in a position to tell anyone in Korea to "go home". Assuming, that is, that you still wish to stick to your claim that you're not Korean.

STFU

As a foreigner in Korea yourself, you have about as much credibility telling me to "go home" as I would telling a Hong Kong Chinese in Australia to do the same -- and stop annoying the local women while he's at it.

But do keep trying.

Dogbert

Maybe its better for you just to teach your little ABC somewhere else where there are no Asians.

With your racist attitude why did you come to Korea at all?? I guess anywhere else you'll be a jobless man.

What racist attitude? I simply dislike you.

Maybe that makes me "half-racist".

They're not racist and I deleted them myself, bucko.

But I'll help you out, since it saddens me to see you grasp for straws.

Upon your startling admissi^H^H^Hmade-up story regarding your background, I sarcastically questioned whether your hatred of white folk arose from maltreatment at the hands of your father.

Making stories about my background? Maybe its something you do to get laid.

I said I don't hate white folk. Like what I said previously, I hate the ones who teach ESL in Korea and have nothing but contempt for the Koreans, but yet they still live in this country for years.

Its unfortunate that this represents a majority of white civilian population in Korea.

Same level of qualification? You really deserve a pat on the back for your Masters in "ABC". I would like to see you pass a single subject of my course. I'm sure ABC has already stretched the limits of your intellectual capacity.

My qualification in is "Education", not ABC. I'm qualified to teach English Literature, English as a Second Language, Music, and Drama at the high school level.

I'm quite confident that apart from pure mathematics, which I hate and suck at, I'd pass any damn course I chose to try.

You claim to work in the corporate sector, so I presume your masters is in something like management, economics, marketing, or something similar. In my country there are some uni subjects that require certain grades above and beyond that basic passing of the generic "university entrance" exam taken at the end of high school. As far as I know, law and medicine require higher academic achievements. I'm not aware that business and management courses require any specific grades beyond "university entrance". Thus, your conclusion that your course was harder than mine is just pure balony, pure guesswork.

Give up this phoney angle, and get a clue.

Y'know what- there actually are other posters on this board besides you.

So anytime someone makes a negative generalisation about females on the board and you feel the urge to step and say "Hey, this doesn't apply to me" then I can post "There are actually other people on the board"? Rolling Eyes

Science/Law double degree at a undergraduate level (honors for mathematics) and a Masters of Commerce (Finance).

Looks like you would of failed to pass the math component. I highly doubt you would of got into Law in the first place.

As far as I know..... guys who majored in English literature tend to be gay or screwed in their heads.

By the way..... great qualification. So your qualification is to teach ABC. Well done!!

Are you suggesting that Korea is "very famous" in the real world? I have some very well educated friends in the UK, and upon hearing of my intention to go to Korea, they asked me "are you going to North Korea, or South Korea?".

Gwangjuboy:

I don't know what you think you're proving with this anecdote. To me, it just proves that your friends are stupid. And considering that Britain actually participated in the Korean War, I'd say their ignorance is pretty shocking indeed.

Perhaps I'm being a bit too harsh. I got the same question myself from friends back home. But I would take their ignorance to be a comment on their own intellectual limitations, not on Korea's standing in the world.

Thanks for labelling my friends stupid. Indeed, the friends I am refering to went to top ten English universities, and have very good jobs. If I could forgo my general knowledge for the skills they have maybe I could avoid being a "trashy ESL" teacher, as the Horse put it. My remarks on Korea's "lack of fame" were a retort to the Horse's ruthless bash of New Zealand, which I found loaded with hatred. At least we know where the boundries are now. It's okay for someone to post hate filled statements as long as he has some Asian blood in order to excite your twisted political philosophy.

Seeing as I got an A bursary in my final high school year I would have been allowed into pre law with no problem. And law being a course based on text and logic I'm sure I would have handled it with ease. Why don't you just drop your academic posturing? There are people on here more qualified than both you and I, but they don't go around blowing thier own horn all the time. Your posts certainly don't don't support your claims of superior intelligence.

Wow, what an academic comment. How do you expect people to take you seriously?
