|

Hello internet, I'm inquiring on behalf of a friend.
So He just submitted his application for a D10 visa today - including paid for it, etc, and he had his dismissal notice - here's the rub: he got a 접수증 / receipt, and they said he could pick up his new ARC and paperwork on the 31st of October.
Is it just me, or does that seem like a looooong waiting time to you? |

For a business, yes a month is a long time. For government sounds typical.
As mention above the holidays might have something to do with it.
The time it takes to make the ARC card is strange to me. I remember it used to be done in a hour or two. Sometimes maybe a couple of days. I do understand they want to protect from counterfeiting, just is it that hard to make a reasonably secure card? |
