Does the Criminal background check for the EPIK program have to be under 6 months old to the start date in February? I'm pretty sure mine will be 7 months by then. It was apostilled in August though. In this case, what are my options? It's really not fair since it's advised to get your CBC as soon as possible and it seems I received mine a bit too early. |

Wouldn't you be applying in November or around then for a March start? |

I'm a little confused. If I received my CBC in July, wouldn't it be invalid for a February start date? My email specifically said: Please note that the CRB needs to be under 6 months old from the start date in order to be valid. I assume it meant the start date of the program, not the application process. Does it make a difference if it was apostilled in August? |

I guess it would depend on when you are applying. If they are going to accept you, they are going to tell you to wait to send in your documents?
Who are you sending your documents to? Did you ask them? |

It has to be under 6 months when it hits the immigration official's desk for a visa. |
