아까 샀는데 이상한 게 있어요. 교환해도 되나요?
So this sentence would have meant there being no issue and the adjumma reacting in a helpful manner?
How does the above Korean explain the situation better than the box with a dead frog in it and 개구리 있어요 바꿔 주세요? |

| Yes it is possible she decided to haggle-argue because she had a foreigner in front of her who was barely able to communicate and perhaps she felt she had no time to waste and had other customers in her store |
Read this sentence back and see how logical it is. She had a foreigner in front of her who could 'barely communicate', according to you, so she decides to enter into a protracted haggle/argument with him in order to save time? |

Nope.
She got annoyed. Sadly I do not think you get that or actually want to get it.
Let's end this the easy way Ed: you are 100% correct. Your argument in this thread is flawless and unassailable. You win the internet fight. Me and the other posters you beat down with your infallible rethoric will bow down in defeat.
All better now? Ok, great.
Enjoy your upcoming weekend. |

I gotta agree with you Patrick, Ed did win the fight because he understood what I explained on the 1st page and tried to explain it further to you but you just couldn't understand or grasp it. You, on the other hand, have just been speaking out your rear end for the last 7 pages. |

Dodge...go and learn some Korean or let your wife handle all the hard issues for you while you live in Korea. Ok? That will save us from your idiotic threads (even if they are funny in a car accident kind of way) and will also avoid you being nominated for the Darwin Awards at some point.
You could also have your wife write up cue cards in Korean and you could carry those around, tied around your neck so you can deal with situations all on your own. Heck, have her make you some handy laminated flashcards so they will stay clean if you have little spills during your day. Those could include you home address, your phone number and all sorts of important things.
Oh was that insulting? Crap...I am sorry, I guess I was 'speaking out of my rear end' again...but you do bring on colon issues with your postings Dodgy. |
