I'm not sure if this has been posted yet, but here's a link to the Korea Meteorological Association's forecast for the leaves changing colour this fall (in Korean, I couldn't find an English version when I looked).
http://www.kma.go.kr/weather/forecast/theme_flowering04.jsp
If you can't read Korean, in the chart at the bottom of the page, you can see 2 columns that are a slightly darker colour than the others. The one on the left is when the leaves are predicted to start changing, and the one on the right is the peak, when 80% (I think) of the leaves are expected to have changed.
So, Seoraksan for example (the 2nd mountain listed) begins to change October 2, and is expected to peak on October 17. |

That's something I need to know that I never knew I needed to know.
Thanks. |
