Every day I pass a black and white dog kept outdoors in a 2 ft. x 2 ft. x 4 ft. cage. Never seen him out to exercise. Never seen him out at all. Never seen anyone interacting with him or even near him. He's just lying there every time. Lifts his head slightly as I pass, then drops it again.

It is very difficult not to #$%& this place and these people.

Sadly I see things like this a lot in the Philippines and with all the heat and humidity it always irks me when I see that the dog has no water.

Please tell me at least it has water with it.

Yeah, between that and the belligerence in which Koreans order their dogs to heal when they are good enough to take them for walks. Real power trip for these people. I hope some giant race of aliens takes over this place and puts these dog owners on leashes.

By the way, I thought your thread was abot walking to and from work, which I do. Maybe you should consider a different title? Razz

I've never seen a Korean tell their dog to heel or ease up. I've only ever seen one dog on a leash, and it was a giant mountain dog living in the city.
