Moving to a smaller unit, will be much busier and away from home more often thanks to a new job. As a result, I am trying to downsize my lifestyle. Let me know if you're interested in any of the items listed below(Pictures at the link/contact via craigslist):

32 LED HDTV: Purchased four months ago. The colors are very vivid and crisp. I used it primarily for blu-ray, netflix and video games. Still looks brand new. Very thin and can be wall mounted.

Purchased for 500, am looking for 450. The picture quality is worth it.

Bike: Hybrid bike. Standard Samchuly make. One month old. Ridden very few times. 8 speed shimano gears. Comes with a one-year service plan from shop. Also includes lock and light. It should be noted that I am a tall guy (6ft 4in) and this bike is just a bit undersized for me-- not uncomfortably so though. 275,000

Coffee Maker: Makes some yummy coffee. See pictures. 30,000

Programmable floor fan: home plus. 20,000

Power Converter: 15,000

Wow, you are letting your TV go for 10% less than what you paid for?
The moment you walked out of the store it already dropped that much from its value. And 60Hz, 6ms? That was acceptable 6-8 years ago but not now.
