Sadly for Korean citizens, there's no "stern punishment" for general officers.
Just a little slap on the wrist and relief of command. They'll be reassigned to more cushy defense department staff positions. |

No slap on the wrist this time. They'll get written warnings. Poor ordinary rank and file will have to go back to looking 'tough'. If they don't, they'll get written warnings. |
