Our band has got a gig in Cheongju on Saturday night at King Bar. I live in Seoul and have never been before.
There's an EPL game at 845pm so i was hoping to watch it before our gig. Does anyone know a bar near the bus terminal that would show it or even better a motel (which i need anyway) with cable in the rooms?
Cheers. |

Most motels will have cable tv with ESPN which will give you some EPL games. That doesn't guarantee they will show the game you want though. It's often dependent on whether a Korean player is playing for that particular team.
Another tip is to log into talksport. I often watch the football on tv and listen to the commentary on talksport.com. The commentary is usually a couple of second behind but it's still nice to have.
Good luck to you for both the gig and the football. Incidentally, what is the name of your band? |

Thanks, yeah, that was what i was hoping for.
Band is called Nadds-a-go-go, this is only our 4th gig, in a previous guise we were The Young Poons.
Obviously you've heard of both |

Road King (not king bar), PJs (The Bugle) and MJs normally all show EPL games and they are all near each other. |
