| I'm getting the government block page when I try to go there. However, at school I can access it. Anybody else having the same problem or have an explanation? |

page loads for me on SK..
though I remember about a month or two ago I went to a site that threw up the government blocked page, but another time I went to it and the site only half loaded, without the blocked page coming up. Reloading though ended up bringing the block page up. I'm not exactly sure how the filtering works, but there may be a way to bypass it more easily. |

not really, I've never found you say anything of value or worth.
My eyes tend to glaze over the moment they see your username there.
My point was there might be a non-vpn solution for bypassing the filtering. |

Not at all, this is really helpful. What's particularly annoying is how filtering seems to simply be different from ISP to ISP. At one job, Reddit.com was filtered. Now, I know reddit has plenty of porn, but you won't see that on the front page basically at all. It's like someone reported one part of Reddit and the whole site got blocked.
Korean filtering is just annoyingly piece-meal and it's nice to have a free way to get around it when needed. |
