My old school manager is telling me that my old apartment building owner if I don't pay, he will go to immigration and try to sue me for remaining costs.
They've already taken my 600,000 deposit, but the apartment owner is a terrible individual and is trying to charge me more. I did not cause anything close to 600,000 in damages, but he's trying to screw me out of more money.
Is there anything I should be worried about? Will immigration care?
Any information would be helpful, I'm a bit worried this idiot could make things hectic for me.
Brief KAKAO convo between me and my old manager seen below:

What's the damage and the total amount that the landlord is claiming? And most importantly, who signed the lease agreement? |

They are full of bluster.
You have no legal responsibility to the landlord since you didn't sign the lease or agree to rent the premises.
It is a civil matter of less than 5 million - immigration won't care.
