I use it.. reasonably painless (yes, you have to use internet explorer and download all those activeX controls though).
You need to go into the branch and ask to set up Internet banking.
They will give a security card (plastic card with numbers on it).
You will go to IBK website, and register a certificate, (you can do it all in English). Once you have a certificate registered, you'll be able to log in, and transact. |

Can you set up a transfer to an outside bank from your home country online? How does that work? |

Yes you can.
Once you've registered, you log in, and there is an online remittance option. Once there, input the details of your home bank, and send. I've had no problems... |
