Looken is a franchise or chain of hagwons. Therefore each one is a little different, and so it depends which area of Incheon you're talking about.

I personally have worked at one and it wasn't great but I've heard that others in the area are fine.

Honestly? It's my first year and I would be the only foreign teacher at the school. I don't know which area it's in. I think I'd be more on board if it wasn't my first year?

In fact, I think your calling attention to the fact is the same as you proselytizing atheism.

I take offense to that, because when someone preaches athiesm, it then loses its true meaning and becomes a religion of its own. Athiesm is supposed to mean the absence of theism, so preaching it pollutes it and makes it just like any other religion.
