I'm leaving Korea in March and will be travelling for half a year before settling down in an unknown destination. As much as I love this bike, I can't really justify carrying it around the world with me. So, I'd like to find it a good home before I leave.
The bike is a 2011 Surly Cross-check in robin's egg blue. It's a size 52cm and fits me (5'8") perfectly. The parts are stock, with the exception of the crank, saddle, and tires, which I upgraded. It's cro-moly steel which makes it amazingly comfortable for long distance trips compared to a typical aluminium frame. Full specifications can be found here: http://surlybikes.com/bikes/cross_check. Here are the basics though:
Frame: Cro-moly steel
Crankset: Triple crank
Front Derailleur: Shimano Sora
Rear Derailleur: Shimano Deore
Cogset: Shimano Tiagra
Brakes: Tektro cantilever
Shifters: Shimano bar-end SL-BS77
Upgrades
Saddle: Brooks B17, black
Tires: Continental Gatorskins 25mm **NOTE: The bike also comes with the original tires (Ritchey Speedmax Comp 32mm) which have never been used**
Now, on to price. I ordered this bike from Bike Nara in Seoul and paid just under 1,600,000 won new. The saddle, tires, and triple crank cost me an additional 340,000. Given the fact that it's in exquisite condition, I'm asking 1,300,000 won. This price includes delivery anywhere in Korea.
