|
|
Ok, so here's the skinny. I've interviewed once with a large school that has over 40 schools throughout Korea (I interview through their HR department, they don't use recruiters). My HR contact wants me to send my documents ASAP, but I've yet to actually get a position at a particular school, or sign a contract.
My question is, should I send the documents? I'd hate to miss out on a job with this school, as I like how their curriculum is set. On the other hand, the guy told me if for some reason I didn't get a job with them that he would send the docs wherever I need. Obviously it took me months to procure these docs, so I'm very nervous about sending these without a signed contract.
Please help me out! |

Don't send them. If you find another job you want through another recruiter or school, you're going to be SOL. |

Send copies (digital) of the documents. That should suffice until you are actually offered a position. |
