Taxi operators from across the nation plan to hold a massive rally in Seoul in early December calling for the immediate passage of a proposed parliamentary bill that defines taxis as a form of public transportation. �Unless the Assembly passes the bill at the plenary session next month as they said on Thursday, we�ll hold a series of rallies across the country, starting with the one in Seoul.�
The groups originally planned a rally on Nov. 20 but scrapped it as the bill was passed at the parliamentary Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs Committee on Nov. 15 and the Legislation and Judiciary Committee on Nov. 22.
But with final approval being postponed, they say the rally is inevitable. They held a massive demonstration in June in Seoul with taxis not operating for one day |

I don't think they'll even fit in Yeouido. |
