Hello!
I just got the contract for a school located next to Seoul Women's university. I've done some research online but I was wondering if anyone could give me some info on what that area is like and some info on Nowon? By info I mean is it a nice area to live, good restaurants, good shopping, good nightlife, clean etc...
Any help would be really appreciated!

| There's not really much right around the university itself. Your best bet is to head to Nowon station, lots of eating, shopping, and even a few places where expats hangout. |

I like Nowon, and wish I could live up there. My wife, however, has no interest in being so far away from her Chungdam business world.
Housing prices in Nowon are a bit better, and to be perfectly honest, I've always felt that people up there grow more friendly the further out you get from the center of Seoul. |

| Nowon Station will provide you with everything you need. The key is meeting other people who live in the area. |

Very nice school. Everything first class. Lunches best in Korea.
I worked there 3 years.
3 stops to lines 6/7 then 4 stops to Nowan.
You can use the SWU bus for 100 won. |
