I used to do some privates. I used to ask one of my students if he/she'd be interested in doing language exchanges. If he/she accepted my offer, then I charged the person a little less per hr. It worked fine.

that's...kinda freaky...

do a language exchange with a korean dude....
just go to a local university and look at all the fliers posted by ppl that want to do lang exchange~
