| I submitted all my information 6 months ago. My question is when will I have to resubmit this info? Is this a yearly thing? |

It depends on who you submitted it to.
If you mean immigration for your visa then it is a once per sojourn.
If you mean the MOE (you're on an F-series visa) then ghod only knows. They are making it up as they go along. It is supposed to be the same as immigration.
