You can buy a hand grinder for $30 and it works wonderfully. You can adjust the size of the grind to perfection. Freshly grinded coffee is best anyways (and freshly roasted, or no more than 2-3 weeks ago)
Bring some coffee for the first few weeks untill you discover your options over here. Don't bring a huge supply as once you open the package you have 2-3 weeks to drink good coffee and it will go downhill from there.

Where can I find one of those hand grinders? I've never seen one before

Have a co-worker help you create an account on one of these online marketplaces and your time in Korea will be way more comfortable. There is also and endless selection of freshly roasted coffee beans online.
